BLOG POST #2My second week of research goal was to find some workouts that I could do to not only stretch out before jump, but warm up as well. Before we do anything in a regular practice for cheer, we always stretch and do some sort of "warm up". My goal is to find two warm ups but in the end I will only be using one to mainly warm up with. I will pick which one I think works best to warm myself up, and which one has the best results online after research. To use a different resource, this week I used American Cheerleader as a different resource to find drills for my jumps. Here is what I found:
I have a problem with being more flexible on my right leg for jumps, so if I were to choose to do the kicks then I would have to make sure I definitely did the work out on both legs. Workouts credited to: https://www.americancheerleader.com/ THIS IS A KICK WITH A HIGH V!!
